CWD is pairing up with Chef Lamont Perriman of Montperi Catering and Events, to bring you an afternoon of amazing flavors, and a lot of ideas to take home with you.
Chef Lamont has got some skills on the barbecue, and his take on grilled foods, or “open flame food” (fire, coals, wood), is that, the use of natural heat sources in different variations builds unique flavor profiles, textures, and presentation. We will be exploring more of this concept with Chef, and pairing my favorite “grill” wines with his creations.
The goal is to send you home, feeling like you had an amazing experience, AND feel like you’ve strengthened your food and wine pairing chops.
